As CPO and co-founder, I lead the technical development of our platform and tech stack while co-driving operations, strategy, and company management.

With 20 years of experience in product management, strategy, and operations, I have built and led product teams from ideation to implementation, including pioneering a carbon registry standard and driving landmark carbon transactions.

I am passionate about nature-based solutions because they create a triple win - restoring ecosystems and mitigating climate change, supporting people and livelihoods, and enhancing biodiversity.

As the Co-Founder & CEO, my primary role is to serve our team to do their best work. On the business front, I spend my time on Origination and Commercials while setting up the scaffolding for the Business Ops, People Ops, and Marketing teams.

I have been in the carbon markets since 2007 and have spent my professional life managing large capital projects or consulting for organisations operating in agri-food or nature.

Serving nature, doing what it is best at doing - regeneration, visualizing outcomes, and watching wonderful things unfold brings childlike excitement to me.

I lead our talented engineering team in creating innovative solutions that help scale the impact of our nature-based solutions. I'm passionate about harnessing technology to create a meaningful environmental change.

By financializing what we care about, we make it count. Money is the unit of caring; pricing is the crucible where values are forged into reality. I'm excited to be a part of this work in carbon - helping carry humanity one small step further along the long ascent toward markets in everything.

As Specialist – Nature Based Solutions at Thryve, I focus on developing high-integrity carbon projects that harness nature-based solutions to address climate change. With a background in AFOLU sectors - particularly Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR). I bring technical expertise in carbon standards and end-to-end project execution. I'm passionate about working at the intersection of science and sustainability to create real, lasting climate impact.

Part of the origination team, with a background in urban and regional planning, and building expertise in carbon projects, I focus on stakeholder engagement and connecting strategy with on-the-ground impact.

What excites me about working in NbS is the opportunity to contribute to projects that create meaningful, lasting benefits for both the environment and local communities.

I am a multi-disciplinary environmental and sustainability practitioner with close to two decades of experience having trained in environmental technologies alongside ecological sciences.

Native to the biodiversity rich region of the western ghats in Karnataka, I have always been curious about how natural, environmental and social systems interact with each other while exploring how interdisciplinary approaches and systems theory can better inform developmental challenges.

At Thryve.Earth, I work with different teams on various aspects of project design and implementation strategies, with a focus on nature-based solutions and carbon assessments. I find the opportunity to work on restoration programs and agroforestry projects alongside different communities both challenging and exciting at the same time.

As part of Thryve, I focus on the development and implementation of carbon based restoration projects, bringing my background in ecology, wildlife, and large-scale restoration to the team. Having worked across both research and field implementation, I enjoy connecting science with on-ground action. What excites me most about working in the NbS space is the opportunity to create meaningful ecological impact while empowering communities and restoring balance to the landscapes we depend on.

I lead the People function at Thryve, focusing on building a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. My role is to scale the organization by strengthening leadership, fostering accountability, and creating people practices that support our growth.

With 6+ years of experience across Banking & Financial Services, IT, and SaaS, I bring a broad perspective to hiring, leadership development, and team engagement.

I’m a GIS Specialist at Thryve, focusing on remote sensing and GIS-based analysis for nature-based solutions (NbS) projects. With a background in Botany, Ecology, Environmental Sciences, and a specialization in Remote Sensing & GIS, I bring practical experience in analyzing space-borne and airborne imagery, integrating field and spatial data to generate actionable insights. I’m passionate about applying geospatial tools to drive meaningful impact in NbS projects and ecosystem restoration.

My role involves leading the end-to-end technical development of nature-based carbon projects, including PDD preparation, carbon modelling, and project registration.

I lead project origination and business operations at Thryve, driving the development of nature-based solutions (NbS) projects across diverse geographies. I’ve founded, built, and scaled three startup ventures from scratch across consumer goods manufacturing, healthcare, and digital logistics and supply chain in Southeast Asia—bringing a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action: start small, do it well, and build on success.

I believe that high-integrity climate projects require more than technical rigor—they demand deep engagement with land, communities, and local context. What excites me most about NbS is the opportunity to work closely with nature and people to restore degraded landscapes, especially in Indonesia, where I grew up and continue to call home.

I’m a marketing expert at Thryve, specializing in narrative-driven content that drives engagement. With a background in brand collateral design, market intelligence, social media management, and CRM, I bring an analytical approach to storytelling.

I am a Nature-based Solutions expert at Thryve.earth, where my role bridges in-depth research and analysis for carbon project development with on-ground coordination of project implementation.My academic background combines food science and environmental studies, and I bring prior experience in operations, product development, and consulting for carbon projects.Since 2022, I’ve been actively involved in the carbon market sector. At Thryve, I’m part of a team where individual ownership and accountability are central to ensuring the long-term success of every project.

I'm a Remote Sensing and GIS Specialist at Thryve, specializing in geospatial data analysis, LULC mapping, carbon modeling, and machine learning to support nature-based solutions (NbS).

With over six years of experience in GIS, remote sensing, and predictive modeling, I’ve worked on ARR and REDD+ projects, integrating satellite imagery, deep learning, and statistical models to generate actionable insights.

I’m passionate about using geospatial technology and data-driven approaches to enhance climate resilience and drive impactful solutions for a resilient future.

I support the technical development of nature-based solutions (NbS) projects at Thryve, focusing on project feasibility, GHG quantification, and stakeholder engagement. With a background in Sustainability, GIS, and carbon project design, I help co-develop scalable interventions that align with both climate impact and community needs.
